Art file: please give us your vector graphics file of your design or LOGO, so we can quickly start our work;
Product colors: please provide us every color or LOGO with panton number or your original sample, so we can make the color in right way,(may not 100% same, but we will try to close to the same)
Sizes: specify every size of the products and LOGO is essential, and the position of LOGO;
Lead Time
Generally – lead time depend on what the quantity like and the time of approval of artwork.
Small quantity orders: small order are welcome, but the charge will be higher.
Urgent – “rush-orders”: can be accommodated depending on various factors, our sales team can advise you on this.
An estimated lead time will be given with all quotes and the agreed delivery date issued once an order is received.
Production – generally production begins upon receipt of signed artwork or sample confirmation.
Delivery
If you already have logistic company cooperated within China mainland , that’s easy for us;
If not, our professional logistic department will advise you the quickest and ways to save money to arrange that; generally, We use DHL and FedEx Express, but we also have many other professional international logistic company working with, you have many choices;
Delivery costs –Firstly , before the order, we will advise you what the best and quick way to deliver different goods;
Secondly, this depend on what the price term you want to take , for example for FOB and CIF, each side have different responsibility on that;
Anyway, in case you don’t have any ideas on above, Joyfulgift will quote the estimated delivery cost in response to your inquiry. The amount charged will be determined by the quantity and the destination. Our rates are competitive; some larger volume orders may qualify for free delivery. We will confirm the exact cost and expected delivery date once we receive your order.
The delivery service used byJoyfulgift requires the customer to be in attendance at the delivery address to receive the goods and sign for the delivery.
PO Box addresses are only acceptable in special circumstances I.e. Where access is difficult for common carriers.
Customers must provide telephone contact details for the person who will receive the goods.
Joyfulgift will advise a customer of the expected delivery time but accepts no responsibility for delays which are beyond its control.

Packaging – every order is carefully packed into suitable cardboard boxes for safe delivery. Packaging is designed to cushion items and minimize movement during transport.
